I am extremely excited to invite y’all to our parish mission. Join the Angels of the Sacred Heart in their perpetual adoration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Kyle and Valerie Clement, with Cordejesu, are coming to Bigfork, Northome and Squaw Lake parishes, to celebrate the Angels devotion to the Sacred Heart and to share teaching on ancient traditions and devotions. The mission will be Mon, Feb 1st through Thurs, Feb 4th.
There will be two tracts for the mission. A day time tract and an evening tract. The day time tract, which is called the “intercessor’s tract”, will begin at 9:00 am each day with The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It will be followed by teachings on spirituality, intercessory prayer, sacrificial theology, and methods to become more effective in your prayer and devotional life. Talks will begin at 10:00 am and finish at 11:30 am. Eucharistic Adoration will start at Noon and end at 1:00 pm with Benediction. These sessions will all be held at OLS in Bigfork. The day time tract is longer as it is meant to foster a more retreat like atmosphere.
The evening tract will focus on sharing the beauty and mystery of forgotten and neglected devotions, focusing on devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. These sessions are scheduled for 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday at STC, Tuesday at OLS, Wednesday at STM and Thursday at OLS. Monday’s session at STC will be continued at Wednesday’s session at STM, and likewise, Tuesday’s session at OLS will be continued at Thursday’s session at OLS.
