Time sure flies by, it feels like a year ago since I witnessed my brother’s wedding and this weekend makes it only a month.  WOW!!!  The fall colors are basically gone, we have experienced our first frost (I know it was about three weeks ago), High School football is about done with its regular season, St. Michael’s has celebrated Booya and St. Catherine’s CCW will have its Fall Luncheon.  It must be fall.  And with fall comes furnace(s) being turned on.  Wood furnace(s) are being filled and just around the corner there will be that dreaded word snow.  I appreciate the change of seasons it makes me think of the beauty of creation.  Think, that God has planned for these changes, it is beautiful and being in the Northwoods we get to experience this. After Mass on Saturday, a friend of mine said that we are so blessed to be up here and to be able to see the stars so brightly.  We get to be in the woods, see a lot of wildlife (sometimes really up close and in person).  There is much that we get to do up here and yet so often I guess if you are like me we take it for granted.  Look around and enjoy the beauty of what the Father has made for us.  And think if he has taken the care to give us all this, how much more He loves you and I.  How much more He wants you and I to know we are loved.  He makes sure the animals are fed, how much more will He take care of you and I.  What a loving Father we have!!!  May God bless each of you with His peace in your hearts!!!
