Here I am at Camp Survive (the diocesan middle school camp). The boys and girls here bring an excitement and enthusiasm to the Catholic faith. This week they are learning about the virtues. That is the good habits. I think this is so important that they are doing this at a young age. I was unwilling to do so at their age. Still these kids are here growing in virtue. And they are especially growing in their love of God. It is truly a blessing to be here a few days to see them begin to realize in a deeper way that God does desire to have a relationship with them. Pray for our youth to encounter Jesus ever the more in their lives.
